CenTex Aero has been in business since 2009. As the trustee holding title to aircraft for its beneficiaries, it is not burdened with the bureaucratic and reporting requirements with which the government burdens banks.
The CenTex Aero team has considerable aircraft operations and aviation law experience. The manager is a Texas licensed attorney with 25+ years experience in aviation law who holds US airline transport pilot (ATP) and flight instructor, single and multi-engine, instrument (CFI-I) certificates, with 4,500+ hours as pilot in command. Another member also holds an ATP certificate.
CenTex Aero handles all aspects of getting the aircraft registered with the FAA, and the International Registry in Ireland, when applicable, to protect the beneficiary’s interests.
CenTex Aero can assist with documents required to export the aircraft, sell the aircraft and cancel US registration when the time comes.
CenTex Aero does not provide tax advice and counsel.
